Shade

In colour theory, a tint is a mixture of a colour with white. It intensifies lightness. A shade is a mixture of a colour with black. It intensifies darkness. When they dance together, they paint a picture. It could be a picture of music - the sea you listen to under a tree. That's my favourite type of shade.
